1. Is the Click Cart Pro software application included with the Zipskin?No, the software is not included with the skin.
2. What is included with my download?
Zipskins for ClickCartPro include Ready to use site skin and display elements, .PSD Graphic's files (for use in Photoshop), Blank .JPG and .GIF graphic files (buttons, logos, title images etc.) editable in any graphics editor, full installation instructions including admin HTML settings if applicable.
Logo Design's include .EPS/AI (Fully scalable vector graphics) .PSD (Photoshop) and .JPG.
3. Can I use the skin on more than one site or domain?
No, you will need to purchase an additional license to use the same skin on another website. Please see our Terms of Use for full details.
4. Do I need any software to open my Zipskin?
Your download is supplied in a .ZIP archive file which you will need unzipping software to open. WindowsXP comes with unzipping software, but you can also download WinZip® for Windows or StuffIt® for Mac - both have free trial versions.
5. I want to use one of your skins to develop a customer website is this possible?
Yes, absolutely, as long as the skin is used on only one domain or project. You will need to purchase further licenses to use the skin on another project or domain.
6. I am running a modified version of ClickCartPro, will I have any problems?
All Skins are designed to work with the standard software install only. We do not guarantee that any of our skins will work with a non-standard install or modified script. If you have third party modifications you may need to re-install these. Any modifications by ZipSkins are clearly commented inside the script files or display elements. i.e.

7. Do you offer multiple license discounts?
No, not at this time
8. Will I own the copyright to a Logo Design?
No, All copyrights are owned exclusively by ZipSkins and or Coldfuel. If you would like to Copyright a logo design you should contact us for an exclusive purchase price
9. Can I purchase a Zipskin or Logo Design exclusively?
Yes of course. If you wish to purchase an exclusive license please contact us for an exclusive purchase price. We will only sell a logo design exclusively if it has not already been licensed. However Skins can be purchased exclusively regardless of the amount of previous non-exclusive license purchases. We will always tell you how many times a skin has been sold before you purchase it exclusively.
10. How much is an exclusive license?
Typically you can expect to pay between 10-15 times the full non-exclusive price.
11. What is the difference between an exclusive and non-exclusive license.
Non-Exclusive Purchase:
All our products are sold on a non-exclusive basis, this means that the item can be purchased more than once and will not be removed from sale once purchased.
Exclusive Purchase:
All our products come with the option of an exclusive purchase. This means that you will be the last or in the case of a logo design only person to purchase this product. Once purchased exclusively the item will be removed from the database and no longer available for sale.
In the case of an exclusive logo design purchase you will also receive a full copyright transfer to you.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card payments can be made using the 'buy' links adjacent to each product. These payments are processed by Share-It! and are therefore subject to VAT in the UK and Europe. Alternatively, you can purchase direct from ZipSkins and pay by direct bank transfer - these payments are not subject to VAT in the UK and Europe.
13. How will I receive my files?
Once the transaction has been approved you will be sent a confirmation email (usually within 5-10 minutes) with a link to your download.
14. Can you customise my zipskin or logo design for me?
